John Kirwan, Esq.

John was awarded his Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Communications from the State University of New York, College at Fredonia.  He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Estate Planning and Elder Law at Western New England College School of Law.

John is a proud member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Plymouth County Bar Association, the Plymouth District Bar Association, and the Boston Bar Association.  He is a Panel Attorney with the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association, which provides free civil legal assistance to low-income residents of Greater Boston.  John also assists those in need through the New Center for Legal Advocacy, located in Plymouth and New Bedford. 

Prior to his career in the law, John held a variety of managerial positions in the hospitality industry throughout New England.            

As a student at Western New England College School of Law, John was chosen to represent the school as a team member at the Mugel National Tax Moot Court competition.  He also participated in the Discrimination Clinic, which represented low-income complaintants before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

John and his wife Leslie reside in Auburn.
