John Kirwan, Esq.

I was awarded my Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law and my Bachelor of Science in Communications from the State University of New York, College at Fredonia.  I am currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Estate Planning and Elder Law, also at Western New England College School of Law.

I am a proud member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association, and am a Panel Attorney with the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association, which provides free civil legal assistance to low-income residents of Greater Boston.  I also assist those in need through the New Center for Legal Advocacy, located in Plymouth and New Bedford. 

Prior to my career in the law, I held a variety of managerial positions in the hospitality industry throughout New England.            

As a student at Western New England College School of Law, I was honored to represent the school as a team member at the Mugel National Tax Moot Court competition.  I also participated in the Discrimination Clinic, which represented low-income complaintants before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
